This privacy notice describes how Equip Capital AS (Equip Capital) collects and processes personal data through this website. Where we use the terms we, us, and our in this privacy notice, we are referring to Equip Capital.

Equip Capital is the data controller as defined in the Norwegian personal data regulations implementing the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and will process the personal data in accordance with these regulations.

When you contact us on our contact us page on the website we will collect personal data, including the name and e-mail address you have submitted. We need this information to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, whereas the processing is necessary for the purpose of Equip Capital’s legitimate interests in responding to the enquiry.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

In particular, Equip Capital will delete the personal data collected in relation to enquiries on our contact us page when retention is no longer necessary for the purpose of responding to the enquiry, unless we have another legal basis for continued storage.
